We are currently recruiting experienced hospitality professionals for an exciting French & Mediterranean pre-opening restaurant concept in Jumeirah, Dubai.
This is a unique opportunity to become part of a luxury hospitality team from the very beginning and contribute to the launch of a premium dining destination in one of the world's most dynamic cities.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Opening planned by the end of August.
We are looking for candidates with experience in:

Front of House (FOH)
- General Manager – AED 25,000/month
- Restaurant Manager – AED 15,400/month
- Floor Manager – AED 10,600/month
- Server / Waiter – AED 6,400/month
- Runner – AED 4,800/month
- Bar Manager – AED 15,400/month
- Bartender – AED 6,400/month
- Senior Barista – AED 6,400/month
- Barback – AED 4,800/month
- Housekeeping Staff – AED 4,300/month
- Cashier – AED 4,800/month
- Receptionist – AED 6,400/month
Back of House (BOH)
- Brand Executive Chef – AED 32,000/month
- Head Chef – AED 27,000/month
- Head Pastry Chef – AED 22,400/month
- Sous Chef – Pastry – AED 19,400/month
- Sous Chef – Savoury – AED 19,400/month
- Junior Sous Chef – AED 12,900/month
- Chef de Partie – AED 6,400/month

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry
- Experience in luxury restaurants, hotels, cafés or resorts is highly preferred
- Good command of English
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Positive team player
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai
